What countries do you currently serve?
Harvest Aviation is currently serving missionaries in the Central American country of Belize through its Belize Lifeline program. We have had numerous requests to begin service into northern Guatemala and northwestern Honduras. We are working to develop a donation base sufficient to begin serving the missionaries working in those regions.

Who may qualify to receive air support services?
Any missionary serving Jesus Christ on the mission field of Belize may qualify for air support through our Belize Lifeline program.

How much does it cost to send packages to the mission field?
The cost of sending supplies varies depending on the aircraft we use and the constantly changing cost of fuel. On average, it costs $3.00 per pound to fly cargo from our hangar in Wauchula to the airport in Belize City.

What kind of aircraft do you fly?
Thanks to the generosity of aircraft owners in Central Florida, we generally have three or four aircraft available to us to bring cargo to Belize. It is typical for us to use the smallest aircraft, a Beechcraft Travel Air, on our regular monthly trips. Occassionally, when we have an unusual amount of cargo or unusually large items that will not fit in the Travel Air, we will need to borrow a larger aircraft to accommodate them.

How long does it take to fly to Belize?
From our home base in Wauchula, Florida, it is about 75 minutes to Key West where we stop for fuel before making the long leg to Belize. On departing the keys, it is a good four hour flight to Belize City.

I am interested in going to Belize, can I catch a ride with you?
Unfortunately, to bring a passenger with us to Belize, no matter how small, would require us to remove cargo from the flight and make missionaries wait an extra month for their packages. If you are truly interested in taking a mission trip to Belize, contact our Director of Air Support for information.
