Mike Burch felt the call to missions while in High School. He received an A.S. in Aviation Technology, as well as most of his pilot certificates, from Mountain State University. Mike then earned an A&P (aircraft mechanic) certificate with Missionary Maintenance Service in Ohio. He has further enhanced his aviation experience by working ten years in aviation; four of which were spent serving as a pilot/mechanic for Agape Flights in Sarasota, Florida. Currently, Mike is serving as a part-time pilot and mechanic for Harvest Aviation.

Mike oversees the maintenance program at the aviation academy. One of Mike's passions is to see the body of Christ walk in unity. He hopes to use this passion in developing relationships with other mission flight organizations and mission groups.
