Ronny Erekson

Raised in Texas, Ronny accepted Christ in his teen years. Ronny attended South West Texas Jr. College in Uvalde, Texas after high school in 1976. He completed a two year diesel mechanic program. The following two years he completed an automotive mechanic program at South Plains College in Levelland, Texas. While at South Plains College he met his wife Denise who was attending Texas Tech University in nearby Lubbock, Texas. He worked as a mechanic in Lubbock, Texas for a time before returning to the Ranch and getting married to Denise.

Ronny and his wife Denise were employed in the family ranching business for 15 years. He and Denise went on several medical missions’ trips twice a year for six years to Mexico and church building in the USA before answering the call to mission service in 2001.

Ronny Erekson serves as chief aircraft mechanic for Harvest Aviation. He is an FAA Certified A&P mechanic and IA with almost 10 years of aircraft mechanic experience. Ronny received his mechanic training while serving for MMS Aviation in Coshocton, Ohio. He came to serve with Harvest Aviation in October 2006 shortly after the mission located to Hardee County Florida. They have served the Lord Jesus Christ for 10 years in mission aviation.

The couple has been married 31 years and has five daughters who are all home educated and still reside at home.
